Dance artist and Educator
Hungary and Israel
From March 20 to March 28, 2018
Lior Lazarof, originally from Israel, began her professional dance training at MASPA in Ga’aton, Israel. She later continued her studies in The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. After earning her B. Dance and a teaching certificate, she migrated to Hungary to pursue a career as a movement explorer and performer. Lior participated in international dance festivals both as a performer and creator. She believes that art and contemporary dance should reflect aspects of our human lives: emotional, spiritual, physical, social and political.
The project is the same for all of the residents of Dance period: Léxico, understanding in the unknown. An international collaboration between dance artists who speak different languages to create a new performance together.
