Biography —

Graduate in History, his first experience in the world of archives was with a scholarship in the Municipal Archive of Cerdanyola del Vallès in 2003. His work continued at the Municipal Archive of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda in 2006. After that he worked in Terrassa in various archive projects from 2006 to the end of 2008. Since 2009 he has been archivist chief at the Matadepera Town Hall, where he’s in charge of the records management system and works in coordination with other technical profiles for an efficient implementation of electronic administration. Currently, he is also a member of the Association of Archivists and Records Managers of Catalonia.

Project —

The project to develop during my residence will focus on the professional definition of an archivist or record manager in Catalonia through a model or professional profile, as well as working on materials that will be developed on a website with a focus on the access to work in the public sector, but also to improve as archivists.

During my stay, I will try to finish these models and define the basic features of the website, working together with the rest of members of the AAC-GD.
