Litigation environment, e.g. rules concerning burden of proof in civil cases, authentication of evidence as a condition precedent to admissibility. 3.Concepts relating to records evidential value such as records reliability, authenticity and trustworthiness. 4. Pervasive Information Systems technologies being used in information governance programs in organizations, and their relationships with e-discovery.
