His research interests are in social and sustainability innovation in local and rural development. He has been working with several social entrepreneurs in different Spain cities. And now he is researching how to create social innovation in a specific territory.
He works as a researcher in the Social Innovation Institute at ESADE Business School, Ramon Llull University.
We have initiated a project called Territory and Social Innovation (Terris) to work from the territory with the aim of understanding the demographic challenge and fight against. A challenge that we understand that we have to work in a holistic way as it addresses different challenges, such as the aging population, lack of work, lack of mobility, training, etc. And we want to work first strengthening the local leaderships that already exist in the territory.
